| Paul Fernback - Proprietor Paul Fernback started over 16 years ago investing in residential properties. Paul Focused on high yielding residential development opportunities, benefitting from the rising property market in the early 1990's Paul purchased and developed a number of houses in South London area. Taking advantage of the capital growth in the rising market, Paul refinanced the developed properties to re invest the gain, whilst retaining the asset base in order to continue to benefit from their increasing value. Paul built up a substantial buy-to-let property portfolio during the 1990's, during which time Paul specialised for a while in converting and developing period properties to a high standard. Paul purchased his first industrial site in July 2003 in Liverpool. The site expands to 130,000 sq ft with additional land to the side. Purchased fully vacant, the site is now at 90% occupancy. During 2005, Jabil Circuits Ltd, a $5Billion international electronics solutions company, approached Paul Fernback, offering sale and leaseback deals on their UK industrial sites. In Mar 2006 Paul Fernback, along with his father Alan Fernback, purchased Jabil's flagship site in Ayrshire, Scotland. The site extends to 64 acres, with 460,000 sq ft of warehousing, industrial and office space. Paul Fernback is currently looking to purchase a further 3 sites from Jabil in Europe. Paul Fernback is currently focusing on project managing substantial new residential builds c.15,000 sq ft from the design stage to full completion. |
