Clydesmuir Road is located on the
eastern side of Cardiff,
approximately 2 miles from the city centre. Communications are good via either Newport
Road, giving direct access to the city centre and the
A48
(M) and on to the
M4 motorway. Alternatively there is direct access across to Rover Way
leading directly on to the Docks link road which completes the southern phase
of the peripheral route.
The industrial estate comprises a range of industrial
units originally developed
in the 1960’s. The units are constructed of steel
portal frame with brickwork walls clad in plastic coated steel. The eaves height is
approx 14 ft with individual access to the units via large steel folding doors.
